Rover Vans built out my 2023 Ram Promaster. They are a small company specializing in van conversions founded by Piotr Wiktorczyk. I would not hesitate for a moment recommending Piotr and his team to someone who wanted one of their model vans or a customs design.
As an architect, I wanted to design the van myself with the goal of creating an efficient space that I could live in year round. Rover Vans was willing to work with me and because they are a small shop, provided great advice and personal attention. Piotr’s expertise and recommendations really made a difference. There are numerous examples, such as, the decision to install the Broad Arrow awning windows with their integral screens and shades and insisting I go with Victron electrical components and lithium batteries.
In addition, I worked directly with Piotr and his crew. They are true innovators who listened to my design ideas and found ways to execute them. Examples include constructing the interior walls to integrate the LED lights while increasing the usable width of the van. I was also impressed with their solution to mounting the solar panels directly to the roof and their in-house modifications to the TV mount to work with the sloped interior wall.
Rover Vans workmanship is outstanding. I am thrilled about how the van has performed and held up since it was completed in August 2024. There have been almost no issues due to their attention-to-detail during the build out and recommendations on equipment to install.
The value added working with Rover Vans is measurable. Comparing my van to a similar build by a large outfit like Airstream or Winnebago, I got a custom design with better craftsmanship and more features at a lower cost. Truthfully, there are very few things I would do differently.
